My now retired driver's ed and behind the wheel teacher, Mr. Flury, has had cancer in the past. And today I found out that it's come back again, this time in his brain. He has a couple of tumors in his brain, and they're not bad now, but the doctors have decided to send him home with some pain pills and anywhere from two weeks to two months to live.

This is very tear-worthy for me. I just wanted to say this so that it's not surprising if I'm very down for a long time. I'm almost hoping that he can outlive that two month prediction so that, even though he'll die from it in the end, he'll have won against the cancer in a small way.
